the first time and I must say I am very pleased. I put 2 frozen pork chops in the box, they were frozen solid and stuck together. After 10 minutes I was able to separate the chops . I set the box for a second 10 minute cycle. After that second 10 minute cycle the pork chops were perfectly, completely thawed all the way through and ready to cook. Cleanup was very easy also. I am extremely pleased with my defrosting box and it is a welcome addition to my kitchen! Thanks Kayuso!
